Service Description

Thank you for enquiring about booking your party with us, Below you will find information on our parties and gaming party venue – Party Timing You will receive a 2 hour time slot which you have selected. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your party. The children can have food and drinks in front of them while they play, best to order takeaways to be delivered half way through. Party Packs After booking you will receive your party pack. The Pack includes - Free party invitations for up to 11 more children (12 children in total including the birthday child) and we also send extras to cover any mishaps, PEGI Game rating parent information form, Free Party Bags and Birthday Card Basic Party bags will be ready for you to collect on the day with a few items inside (such as a badge, pencil, bouncy ball, bookmark and thank you for coming to my party note), and will just need bulking out with other items such as sweets, birthday cake etc. We also include a Birthday card for the Birthday child. Food Takeaway deliveries can be ordered to be delivered during the party – Pappa Johns Pizza Horsham - 01403 851400 or use the App Alternatively, can bring your own cold food or snacks and drinks (Sports cap tops only – NO open cans and please or messy food).
We are also happy for you to bring in a party cake to present during the party and this can then be cut up and placed in the party bags whilst they finish gaming.
